Can I still access my case files when my license has expired?

Yes.

When your license expires and you do not want to buy a new license, all your cases will still be available to you.
You can open them and look at all the information that you have stored. You can also print this information.

But when the license has expired, you will no longer be able to make changes to those cases.
As soon as you buy a new license, all functionality will be availabe again, and all information that you have entered before will still be there.
