Installing Android version

There are many different Android devices, by many different vendors, with different Android versions.
Vendors modify the Android system themselves, so the installation procedure can be somewhat different for different Android devices.

The normal installation procedure is:

• Verify that you have at least 3 Gb free storage.
• Open the internet browser and go to page https://www.completedynamics.com
• Click on Downloads.
• Click on the Download button for Android.
• The download process should now start.
• Go to Applications / Downloads
• The installation file should appear here. The file is called CompleteDynamics-24.19-Android.apk
• Wait until the download is ready.
• Click on the downloaded file.
• A dialog opens, allowing you to do the installation. Click the Install button.
• Wait until the installation completes. The Complete Dynamics app is now installed on your device.

Some customers have reported that the download does not start after clicking on the Download button. If this happens, it might be necessary to change the system option Settings -> Security -> Unknown sources, because the Complete Dynamics App is not installed from the Play Store.

Supported devices

On most tablets, the App will work ok.
Some phones have a screen that is too small to run the App. If information seems to be missing from the screen, your phone's screen is too small to support the App.

If you encounter problems with the App, your device is not supported.
